This class is a great way to expand on your understanding of how the soul awakens and learn ways to help this happen. There are two areas each class will address depending on the interest of those attending.

First, he will always include time-tested practical tools and methods for awakening your soul. This may include meditation techniques, body awareness exercises, sound & music, movement exercises, breathwork, and other techniques to bring our senses and body into our soul's awakening.

Second, Bob will explain and give examples of how the soul manifests over time. Included will be time-tested techniques of how to move more efficiently along your spiritual path including ways to overcome old habits and recurring issues. This portion of the class provides a mental map to assist you on your journey to awakening.

New and experienced souls are welcome. First timers please call to reserve a seat, to talk to Bob more about the class, and get directions.
